Returns and refunds

D&D BARGAIN HUB is an online-only shop. We do not have a physical retail store open to the public. This policy applies to new and second-hand goods bought online.

Changing your mind

You may cancel your online order without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Notify us using our Contact page or write to the address below. Include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and the items you wish to return. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return postage cost for a change-of-mind return. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, any return collection cost will be provided before purchase.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack returns securely and include supplied accessories.

Refunds

For cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the basic outbound delivery charge. Premium delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond that basic charge.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

Please contact us with details of the problem. Your statutory rights apply to both new and second-hand goods. These include the usual 30-day right to reject non-conforming goods and further rights to repair, replacement or refund where applicable. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly described goods; contact us to arrange a suitable method.

For second-hand items, condition is assessed with regard to their age, price and description. Disclosed wear does not remove your rights concerning other faults. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
