About us

D&D BARGAIN HUB is an online-only shop based in Tamworth, United Kingdom. The seller is Inna Muntean, trading as D&D BARGAIN HUB.

Products and orders

Please read the product description, dimensions, compatibility and any usage restrictions before ordering. Products currently offered are new. Any relevant packaging condition will be stated in the listing. Your statutory rights to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose are not affected by these terms.

To order, add products to your basket, check quantities and details, enter your delivery information, select an available delivery method and complete checkout. You can review and correct your information before placing the order. Please contact us promptly if you notice a mistake afterwards.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched or is out for local delivery. If an item is unavailable or we discover a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase the agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The product price and any delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. We do not charge additional amounts without your agreement.

Delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within a 6-mile radius of our dispatch location: £4.99 for orders below £30 and free for orders of £30 or more. Estimated local delivery is 2–3 working days.

UK standard delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £50 and is free for orders of £50 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Express delivery costs £6.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days, where offered at checkout.

Free-delivery thresholds use the goods total after discounts, excluding delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please see our Shipping policy for further details. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods, and then have a further 14 days to send them back. You pay the return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Returns are by post or courier only.

Refunds for cancellation include the basic outbound delivery charge when the whole order is cancelled. Any extra paid for express delivery above the basic service is not refundable for a change of mind. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.

Faulty goods carry separate statutory remedies, including the short-term right to reject within 30 days where applicable. Please see our Return and refund policy for full instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
